NextGen CareerUp Programme

ILPP announces an open call for 3rd and 4th year university students and recent graduates to apply for the NextGen CareerUp programme. The initiative offers practical training, paid internships, and mentorship to support young people in successfully transitioning to the labour market.

The Institute for Leadership and Public Policy (ILPP), with the support of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, is pleased to announce an open call for applications under the NextGen CareerUp programme.

This programme is designed to strengthen youth employability by connecting education with real labour market opportunities. Through a structured and competitive selection process, selected participants will benefit from:

  • Professional soft skills and career readiness training
  • Paid internship opportunities
  • 1-on-1 mentorship support
  • Direct engagement with employers
  • Networking and professional growth opportunities

The call is open to 3rd and 4th year university students and recent graduates who are motivated to invest in their professional future.
