CALL FOR MENTORS

Do you work with young people? This training is designed for you.

Whether you are a school, institutional, or university counsellor, or an employer aiming to support, develop, and retain motivated and satisfied young employees, this programme will equip you with the right tools.

The Institute for Leadership and Public Policy (ILPP), with the support of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, announces an open call for participation in a Mentor Training Programme to be held in Tetovo.

This training is designed to strengthen mentoring skills by providing participants with practical tools and approaches to effectively guide and support young people in their personal and professional development.

Through a structured and interactive training process, selected participants will benefit from:

• Practical mentoring tools and techniques
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Hands-on learning and real-life mentoring approaches
• Certification upon successful completion

The call is open to professionals who work with youth, including educators, counsellors, institutional representatives, and employers committed to youth development.
