CALL FOR RESEARCHER

The Institute for Leadership and Public Policy (ILPP) announces a call for a Researcher to be engaged within the framework of the project “Leading Change with Meaningful Voice”, supported by the Embassy of Germany in Skopje.

The research will be conducted in the Pollog region and aims to analyze public perceptions of women’s participation in decision-making and politics, as well as to measure the level of public trust in women leaders.

This study represents one of the first analyses of its kind in the region, addressing the evident lack of reliable data and research on women’s involvement in public and political life. The findings will serve as a valuable resource for institutions, organizations, and the wider public. The final research paper will be prepared for publication and dissemination to key stakeholders, including institutions, civil society organizations, media, and citizens.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and data collection
• Analyze and interpret findings
• Contribute to the development of the final research report

Required Qualifications

• Degree in social sciences, political science, or a related field
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Interest in gender equality and public policy
• Previous research experience is considered an asset
