As part of the NextGen CareerUp project, Anida is taking an important step towards her professional future through an internship at Lucky Media in Gostivar.

During her internship, Anida has the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic professional environment, apply her knowledge in practice, strengthen her practical skills, expand her knowledge, and build the confidence needed for her future career.

At ILPP, we believe that internships play an important role in bridging the gap between education and employment. They help young people strengthen their practical skills, build confidence, gain valuable workplace experience, and prepare for the challenges and opportunities of the modern labor market.
