YOUTH AND LABOUR MARKET TRENDS INDEX 2026 PRESENTED AT A ROUNDTABLE IN GOSTIVAR

A roundtable discussion was held in Gostivar to present the findings of the Youth and Labour Market Trends Index 2026.

The event brought together a broad audience, including representatives of institutions, organizations, and local stakeholders. The findings of the research were presented as part of the Next-Gen Career-Up project, implemented by the Institute for Leadership and Public Policy (ILPP) with the support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in North Macedonia.

The research findings opened an important discussion on the challenges young people face when transitioning from education to the labour market, as well as the need for stronger links between education, skills development, and employment opportunities.

Through these discussions, ILPP aims to ensure that the research findings contribute to a broader dialogue on the needs and perspectives of young people and the labour market in the region.
