Lead Hub

In March 2021, the report on unemployment levels in North Macedonia from the Agency of Labor showed that Tetovo was the city with the highest unemployment rate. Thus, “For YOUth who take the destiny in your hands - LEAD Hub”, came to be. The project aims to build bridges between the different business sectors and help young people enhance their competitiveness in the labor market. Not only will the project offer training and mentorship to 30 young people from the region, but it will also foster dialogue and cooperation between the business sectors. By identifying and tackling the needs of both employers and job seekers, the project will raise awareness about the difficulties of youth, the requirements of the labor market and provide an opportunity for the two to collaborate. Lastly, LeadHub and ILPP’s online career fair will support and allow the youth to create, follow and develop their entrepreneurial initiatives.
