Youth in leadership – a challenge when put into practice. – This completed training program was created to expand the horizons of young people and help them become the leaders of the future, which starts by empowering the youth of TODAY. The participants will get familiar with the theoretical aspects, global information, and different techniques regarding leadership and personal growth. Participants will learn skills including how to take initiative, balancing responsibilities as a leader, and expressing opinions and beliefs clearly. Through debating, critical thinking, and discussion, individuals will learn the importance of problem-solving, communication, and adaptability. The program is led by remarkable lecturers with extensive experience in their field of work. The idea and construction of the program are inspired by similar programs on a global level.
The program for this training is divided into three main modules: (1) Leadership, with a focus on leadership for youth – techniques used globally and more. (2) The art of speaking, with a focus on speaking with an accent. This model serves as a complementary module for helping the candidates gain knowledge and skills for their performance in front of a specific audience, so they are ready to articulate with self-confidence in their beliefs, positions, and ideas. (3) Debating, as a skill for leadership. One of the main goals of the program is to develop critical thinking and take responsibility in whatever role you have in the community. Learning authentic debate values is an unavoidable part of this program.
