participants from around the country.
Through the training we:

- Helped participants build critical thinking skills; understand and be able to use a process of decision making; Integrate their experiences into their leadership development process
- Learned to practice team leadership through active group participation; Learned how to use their minds, their hearts, their voices, and their ears to constructively engage and collaborate with others
- Developed a comprehensive set of practical skills and tools to rely on through leadership practice
- Developed their own activities and exercise their leadership skills through conducting activities that will contribute to society.
- Supported an enabling environment for civil society development, where through a comprehensive program of CSOs organizational and operational capacity building, participants had the opportunity of sharing experiences and lessons learned among different contexts.
