Rely on Youth!

Empowered Youth-Resilient Economy - implemented by the Institute for Leadership and Public Policy financed by the European Union, through the project "Support the youth", implemented by the Macedonian Enterprise Development Foundation, Rural Coalition, Junior Achievement, and ELIT Association of Women Managers Skopje.

Empowered Youth Resilience Economy was an EU-funded project with the objective of strengthening the economy in the region of Polog through supporting youth.

Through this project, over 40 youth were trained and participated in workshops to increase their professional skills and employability. Participants engaged in the multi-day program to build skills that would make them competitive in the job market.

The ILPP raised awareness among the youth and the greater citizens of the Polog Region related to opportunities for

employment and professional skills-building.

The ILPP conducted extensive research to assess the needs of youth in the labor market to determine what support youth require to be successful in various professional fields. This survey-based research was published in a support and made available to the public.
